Recipe Developer
We are looking for a Recipe Developer to join our small culinary team and help create new recipes for the site and kitchen shop. Responsibilities include developing and testing recipes for accuracy and repeatability, writing clear step-by-step instructions, and collaborating with our photography team on final dish presentation. Candidates should have at least 2 years of professional cooking or recipe development experience and a strong understanding of ingredient ratios and home-kitchen equipment. Comfort with basic nutrition information and dietary substitutions is a plus. This role works from our test kitchen several days a week with some remote flexibility.

We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator to grow and manage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Responsibilities include planning a weekly content calendar, filming and editing short-form recipe videos, writing engaging captions, and responding to community comments and messages. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of social media experience, a good eye for food styling, and basic video editing skills. Experience working with a content or recipe website is a plus but not required. This is a part-time, remote-friendly role with flexible hours.
