These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://kristadenio.com (the "Site"), operated by KRISTA BAGGETT, LLC ("Krista Denio Recipes," "we," "us," or "our"), including our recipe membership subscription and kitchen-accessories shop (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, subscribing to our membership, or placing an order in our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features, including a paid membership or to place a shop order, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • All activity that occurs under your account;
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase.

3. Membership Subscription Terms

We offer a recipe membership subscription with the following plans:

  • Monthly Membership: Billed at $9.99 per month, charged automatically on the same calendar date each month until cancelled.
  • Annual Membership: Billed at $89.99 per year, charged automatically on the same calendar date each year until cancelled.

No free trial period is offered for either plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing period, and you will retain access to premium content until that date. See our Refund Policy for details on billing and cancellation.

4. Free and Premium Recipe Content

Approximately 50% of the recipes on the Site are available free of charge to all visitors. The remaining recipes are exclusive to active paid members. We may change which recipes are designated free or premium at our discretion, and we may add, remove, or modify recipe content at any time.

5. Shop Purchases

Our Site includes a kitchen-accessories shop through which you may place orders. Please note the following important information about our checkout process:

  • The Site's checkout uses a standard e-commerce order flow with card-format validation (Luhn algorithm check) for the payment fields entered.
  • The Site does not process real financial transactions and does not connect to a live payment processor or banking network through this checkout.
  • We do not store payment card numbers or other full card details.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability in the shop are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All recipes, text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site (collectively, "Content") are owned by or licensed to KRISTA BAGGETT, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, including preparing recipes for your own household use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, republish, or create derivative works from our Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Share your membership account credentials with others or resell access to premium content;
  • Scrape, copy, or republish Content in bulk without authorization;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order;
  • Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, including all recipes, nutritional information, and product listings, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRISTA BAGGETT, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
