This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for the Krista Denio Recipes membership subscription and kitchen-accessories shop, operated by KRISTA BAGGETT, LLC. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every membership purchase and every shop order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your charge or delivery date and we will issue a full refund, subject to the shop return conditions in Section 2 below.

1. Membership Subscription Refunds

We offer two membership plans: Monthly ($9.99 per month) and Annual ($89.99 per year). No free trial is offered on either plan.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at info@kristadenio.com. There is no cancellation fee.
  • Access after cancellation: When you cancel, your membership remains active and you retain full access to premium content through the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable). Your membership will not renew after that date.
  • Partial-period refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a monthly or annual billing period. Because you retain access through the end of the period you already paid for, cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for that cycle.
  • Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a corrective refund if warranted.

2. Shop Order Returns and Refunds

Our kitchen-accessories shop uses a standard order and checkout process. Orders can be returned or refunded as follows:

  • Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for unopened, unused kitchen-accessory items in their original packaging.
  • How to request a return: Contact us at info@kristadenio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for completing the return.
  • Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return unless defective: opened or used items, items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and gift cards.
  • Defective or damaged items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected.
