A full-tang 8-inch chef's knife forged from high-carbon German steel for everyday prep.
This 8-inch chef's knife is single-piece forged from X50CrMoV15 high-carbon German steel and hardened to 56-58 HRC for an edge that holds up through daily chopping, slicing, and mincing. The blade tapers from a reinforced bolster to a fine tip, giving it the balance and control needed for rocking cuts on herbs, vegetables, and proteins. A triple-riveted POM handle is contoured for an all-day grip whether you are right- or left-handed.
